Land at North Stevenage is allocated in the North Hertfordshire Local Plan for approximately 900 homes.
We are working on a masterplan and outline planning application to bring forward around 900 homes on land North of Stevenage, lying to the east of North Road. The site adjoins the “Forster Park” development being built by others to the south. Graveley village lies to the north-west of the site.
We held a drop-in exhibition on Wednesday 5 July 2023 at Stevenage Town Rugby Club, North Road. The exhibition material is also available on this website
